Connells Residential is launching its first ever event for property investors - Invest Fest, in Birmingham next week.
The agency chain has not undertaken this kind of event before but wants it to be a one-stop shop for those seeking advice on property management, financing and mortgage services, investment advice as well as potential buy to let units to buy.
It says it will also showcase properties that are not yet on the open market.
“We will be offering guest speakers, specialist advice on every aspect of investment and letting and we look forward to sharing our knowledge and expertise first hand with our guests” says Elizabeth Brown, divisional managing director at Connells.
There are morning and afternoon sessions for Invest Fest, which takes place on September 23 at a Birmingham hotel. Attendance is free but only through prior registration at investfest@connells.co.uk.
