Benham & Reeves Residential Lettings, London’s largest independent letting agency, has opened its 14th office.
It's in Surrey Quays and is the agency’s response to increased tenant demand for onsite agents and property management at major developments.
The office is located at Marine Wharf, a Berkeley Homes scheme of 532 units.
Benham & Reeves Lettings has been expanding rapidly and in the past 12 months has opened in Wapping and at Fulham Reach in Hammersmith. The company plans a 15th office at Kew Bridge. All of the new offices are on-site within key developments, although they also serve neighbouring catchment areas.
“Having branches on-site at key property schemes is part of our wider strategy to offer landlords and tenants an even better level of service” according to managing director Anita Mehra,

B & R do not appear to be 'opening an office' but opening a desk in a development. This is a good for the developer as he has an on site selling agent at minimal cost and good for the agent as he does not have the expense of actually opening an office. Bet there are a lot of agents out there who wish they had thought this one up!
