The Association of Residential Managing Agents, the umbrella body for professionals involved in private residential block management, has appointed Nigel Glen as its new chief executive offices.
Glen’s main responsibility will be strategy along with representing the association on legislative and policy matters. Glen has previously worked at a software business start-up and in investment banking but for the last seven years was co-founder and director for residential property management firm Managed Living Partnerships.
He joined ARMA's Governing Council in 2015.
"Not only does he have a 'coal face' understanding of property management, he also possesses an in-depth knowledge of the challenges managing agents face both as professionals and as business people" says ARMA chairman Martin Perry.
Glen takes up his appointment next month.
