London-focussed agency Chestertons has become the latest business to use the teclet platform to manage tenancy, renewal and management processes.
Around 40 per cent of landlord and tenant interactions with the teclet platform take place outside normal business hours and this is expected to be even higher with Chestertons due, primarily, to the international nature of its business.
A 10-week face-to-face training and roll out plan had been agreed with the agency but this was accelerated to under three weeks because of the Coronavirus crisis.
