Winkworth in Notting Hill has put strict guidelines in place to protect the team and customers alike.
Charles Erwin, who manages the office in the heart of Westbourne Grove, a densely populated district in West London, has put a six-point plan into operation.
He says: "We have only 50 per cent of the team in the office. We do not want any of our team to use public transport and only those who live within walking distance are coming to the office.
“The office is not open to the public. We can chat to people outside if necessary, with social distancing in place.
“We have asked contractors to pass keys through the letter box. There is a PPE station in the office, which makes it easy for the team to get ready and put on PPE for viewings."
And to illustrate the point, here’s lettings negotiator Laura Simpson, equipped with mask in the Notting Hill office.
Thanks very much for sharing this experience with the industry.
