A six-branch agency has acquired a single-office independent.
Lenwell Property Services, which operates in the Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire region, has acquired the lettings business of Michael Anthony in Aylesbury.
Lenwell will bring all Michael Anthony Aylesbury landlords and tenants into its portfolio and will retain the use of the Michael Anthony name in Aylesbury.
Robert Wellstead, managing director at Lenwell, says: “We are excited about introducing some new ideas into the agency and the region. Aylesbury is a town we have long been interested in having a presence - it was simply a question of waiting for the right opportunity to come along.”
