John D Wood, one of the high end brands now owned by Connells, has expanded into the Docklands & City area of London through a rebranding exercise.
The agency is re-branding the existing Vanet Asset Property Management office in London E14, and area particularly popular with corporate tenants who are relocating internationally.
The agency claims that it receives a search from a corporate tenant looking to relocate to the UK every 11 minutes, and its head of lettings - Tanya Hasking - says: “Our reputation has been built on trust and integrity, an ethos which is not only essential to our brand, it is the way our teams operate. The team will remain the same in our new John D Wood & Co Docklands and City office – it’s important to us to remain committed to our clients, ensure continuity, and keep their best interests at heart.”
Earlier in the year the business upsized its Chiswick office, relocated its Belgravia office to a newly refurbished premises, and acquired a new head office in Belgravia.
