PropTech link claims to ease admin burden for letting agents

Marketing platform BriefYourMarket has announced a PropTech integration with SME Professional, a provider of management software aimed at letting agents.

Started in 2006 by Fraser Sutherland, SME Professional was developed to streamline the management of lettings portfolios by creating software that would automate admin.

The service can import bank statements and automate client accounting, create tenancy agreements, electronically-sign documents, offer maintenance certification, and undertake contractor management and property marketing. 

Richard Combellack, chief commercial officer at BriefYourMarket - part of nurtur.group - says: “We are very excited to be integrating with SME Professional with the goal of creating a harmonious link between our two systems. Through the integration we will be able to scale the level of emails the system to able to send, while enhancing the customer experience and property marketing capabilities of the system. The result will be a powerful property management and marketing platform able to handle a substantial database.”

He adds that BriefYourMarket and SME Professional have been working closely together on the API end points to ensure the communication between systems is seamless. 

“We have been looking at all aspects of the integration and how the two systems can work together to drive more business to our mutual customer base. The transition between the two systems will enable customers to market to their prospects with greater effectiveness and efficiency” says Combellack.
