Agents and landlords are invited to what a council calls “an invaluable local conference where they can get free advice from experts.”
The two-hour event is in Derby from 6pm on Wednesday October 9, and is being held in tandem with the East Midlands Property Owners (EMPO), a non-profit organisation founded back in 1942.
An Erewash council spokesperson says: “We are only too aware that major issues … are rent arrears and giving notice to tenants – and these too will be covered. Erewash is proud to support a scheme called CB4YS – Call Before You Serve. It is an invaluable resource aimed at helping landlords and preventing homelessness.
