Landlord Events In A Box concept launched by lettings experts

Two long-standing experts in property have launched a service which they say will help letting agents retain and grow their client portfolios.

Julie Ford - who says she has over 25 years experience in the lettings sector, working with advice specialists Gothard Rowe and a member of Zoopla’s Lettings Advisory Board - has teamed up with Michael Day of Integra Property Services, who  has spent decades in the property industry.

“For a single flat fee, we will provide a detailed action plan and Gantt Chart including “cut and paste” templates for invites, marketing, follow up and, crucially, access to a current library of over thirty regularly updated, legislatively correct, white labelled presentations and presenter notes that agents can choose from to create the perfect Landlord Event” says Ford.

“Additional presentations and presenter notes for future events can subsequently be chosen. We are confident that having run their first event, agents will want to run them regularly and to work with us to do so” she adds.

The Landlords Event In A Box fee is £1,200 with a launch offer, until the end of this month, of half price at £600. 

Day, who says he has over 1,400 letting agency clients for his existing work, adds: “It has been well proven that one of the most productive ways of building a lettings business and managed portfolio is to hold regular events aimed at landlords.

“Holding events for landlords creates opportunities to demonstrate expertise through providing information that engages with the target audience of landlords and investors and builds confidence and trust in the agency business.
