How is Inadash revolutionising the rental market?
Searching for a new rental property can be a stressful, time-consuming and frustrating process, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
With ongoing growth in the number of people renting in the UK – nearly 30% of all households and almost 20% in London, according to the most recent English Housing Survey – there is an increased need for hassle-free renting.
It’s not just millennials and young professional couples who are making the private rented sector their home these days, there has also been a steady increase in the number of families and middle-aged people renting.
And they all need to find homes quickly and painlessly.
A walk in the park
Here at Inadash, we passionately believe that property hunting should be as easy as possible, so we’ve made renting property as simple as ABC.
To make that feasible, we’ve built a flexible solution for pain-free property hunting in London, streamlining the process to swerve the unnecessary time and stress that used to be associated with renting a house, flat or even room in the capital.
In order to revolutionise the way people rent property, and make transactions quick, smooth and on-demand, Inadash has been designed to ensure that prospective tenants looking for a new home can avoid wasting time with calls and emails by simply logging into the app to browse and search for available properties instead. Viewings can also be booked in just a few easy steps.
Would-be renters can simply log in, browse through a wide selection of properties, book a viewing, view the home and then, if they like what they see, make an offer immediately through the app.
There are a number of buttons on the app - ‘Visit today’, ‘Book viewing’ and ‘Request viewing’ – to give renters the flexibility they require. If there is an ‘Open now’ badge on a property listing, this means the agent is currently at the property and tenants can tap ‘Visit today’ if they wish to view it straightaway.
If the ‘Book viewing’ button is what they see, this means the agent isn’t at the property right now but will be soon. Users can tap the ‘Book viewing’ button to reserve a date for a viewing in their diary.
Lastly, they will see the ‘Request viewing’ button if the agent hasn’t scheduled a time to visit the property, but users can click to request more details and inform the agent of their interest in the property.
Help for busy agents
Inadash isn’t just for tenants, though. We’ve also created Inadash Agent, which acts as a one-stop-shop for busy letting agents in need of new tenants.
It’s an all-in-one, digital companion designed with ease and efficiency in mind, allowing you to manage client relationships, schedule bookings, share your availability and track your performance all from one place.
You can also use the platform on mobile, desktop or through the app to arrange viewings and review offers made by tenants on behalf of your landlords.
